Our banquet rooms are the perfect venue for your celebration or private event. We host functions of all types including Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Seminars, Cocktail Parties, Breakfasts, Buffets and bus groups. We can accommodate groups from 20-300 guests.
$5.00 per person deposit is required to confirm a function date. Any and all deposits received must be applied to the date requested and are neither transferable nor refundable.
Estimated Payment is due 3 weeks prior to function date. Number of each entrée and guest count must be confirmed 10 days prior. Minimum guarantee guest count and entree choice breakdown is required 72 hours in advance. A tax exempt certificate must be submitted to us at least 10 days prior.
If you have chosen 3 entrées add $2.00 to the price of each entrée. If your guest count falls below the minimum requirement there will be an additional charge of $3.00 per person.
There is no room charge if there is a minimum of 20 dinners in the room. If an additional room is needed for a meeting, ceremony or displays there will be a charge of $250-$400.
Display tables are available at $8.00 each. Bose Audio System rental for ipod audio device $75.00. Projector Rental - $85.00. Projector Screen - $25.00. Microphone - $15.00.
There will be a $45 clean-up fee for confetti, glitter or candle wax.
Vegetarian and Gluten Free options are available.
There is a room charge of $10 for each person (dinner) less than 20; for example, if there are only 16 people, then the room charge is $40.
We require a minimum of 45 guests for a room with a dance floor. Prior approval must be obtained for all music brought in.
